Shipping policy
Made-to-Order Production Time All Gumball Creations items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships. This applies to all custom LED jewelry, stainless steel pendants, and acrylic necklaces.
Processing Time Once your order is placed, production begins within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship domestically via USPS. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally via DHL Express. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- DHL Express: 3–7 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
